1. Introduction

Sellino is software infrastructure for digital commerce. By accessing or using Sellino ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Sellino provides automated tools for cryptocurrency-based payments and digital product delivery.

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Sellino cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any transaction once initiated.

3. User Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• The products they sell
• Legality of their content in all applicable jurisdictions
• Tax compliance in their jurisdiction
• Refund policies (Sellino does not issue refunds)
• Customer service and dispute resolution
• Accurate product descriptions
• Delivery of purchased products

Buyers acknowledge:

• Purchases are made from merchants, not from Sellino
• Sellino does not issue refunds
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Disputes must be resolved directly with merchants

4. Non-Custodial Disclaimer

Sellino operates as non-custodial infrastructure. Payments are processed via blockchain and funds are forwarded automatically to merchant-designated wallet addresses.

Users are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses. Sellino is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

5. No Monitoring Obligation

Sellino does not actively monitor merchant content, products, or listings. Sellino does not pre-screen, approve, or verify merchant products before listing.

Sellino may, but is not obligated to, review content upon receiving reports. Sellino may suspend or remove content or accounts at its sole discretion upon notice of violation.

6. Right to Suspend

Sellino reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason.

Upon suspension or termination:

• No compensation is owed
• No refund of platform fees will be provided
• Access to platform features will be revoked

7. Prohibited Use

Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Illegal activity will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Sellino does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Sellino is not liable for:

• Losses due to blockchain network delays or congestion
• Cryptocurrency price volatility
• Failed or delayed transactions
• Disputes between merchants and buyers
• Merchant fraud or non-delivery
• Lost or stolen funds
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellino's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sellino from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• User's use of the Platform
• User's violation of these Terms
• User's violation of any applicable law
• User's violation of any third-party rights
• Products or services offered by merchants
• Disputes between merchants and buyers

10. Jurisdiction & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial principles.

Sellino is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise resolve disputes between merchants and buyers. Such disputes are solely between the parties involved.

11. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
